TempO-Seq miRNA

Introduction

The TempO-Seq miRNA assay is built on the validated TempO-Seq gene expression technology, enabling targeted measurement of miRNA expression in various sample types, including cell lines, FFPE tissues, plasma, and whole blood, without the need for RNA extraction. The assay is designed for high-throughput operation using only add-on reactions, making it easy to automate.

The TempO-Seq Human Whole miRNome panel includes 2,112 miRNA targets selected from miRBase v22.1. The list of miRNAs can be found here.

Custom panels can be made for any species from a list of targets.

The assay requires a low amount of input sample materials, ranging from extracted RNA to crude lysates from cells or FFPE tissues, as well as biofluid samples, such as plasma or dried blood spots.
